It includes melty cheese and crispy tater tots. This dish will surely be a hit with everyone at the table.

Ingredients:  

½ lb. Hot ground sausage 

½ lb. bacon 

16 oz Pizza sauce  

2 lbs. tater tots  

3 cups Mozzarella cheese  

Pepperoni  

¼ table spoon Italian seasoning   

Add ins: 1 Bell pepper (I use Red)  

    1 onion chopped 

    2 cloves Garlic   

Instructions:  

Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees  

Spray 9 x 13 Casserole dish to prevent sticking  

Heat skillets add ground sausage and bacon if using add ins add them in now. 

 Cook 10 Minutes until all the meat is fully cooked and the veggies are tender.  

Stir in sauce spread the sauce in the baking dish sprinkle ½ of the cheese cover with Tater tots. 

 Bake 40 minutes. 

 Sprinkle with more cheese and add pepperoni bake 5 more minutes until the cheese is fully melted and serve.
