Chicken Wings

As the calendar turns and we bid farewell to the past year, it’s time to embrace new beginnings and celebrate the possibilities that lie ahead, new year’s is a time for reflection, Gratitude and anticipation.

Whether you’re planning a festive gathering with friends and family or enjoying a quiet evening at home there are countless ways to make the most of this special occasion.

This year we are hosting a New Year’s Eve party without family and friends. This was a last-minute plan, so we are scrambling to get things together ( I am also working my fulltime job today). So we chose something easy but delicious to serve a large group. This year we decided to Make Chicken wings.

Chick wings are beloved for their crispy exterior, juicy mean and endless flavor possibilities. They’re perfect for sharing (or not!) making them a popular choice for gatherings.

Preparing Chicken Wings; Tips and Tricks:

  1.  Choosing the Right wings: look for fresh high-quality wings. You can buy them whole ore precut. We personally like to go with precut and we like to buy in bulk to save money and you get a large amount for a big gathering.
  1. Marinating for flavor: for the best flavor consider marinating your wings for at least 30 Minutes before cooking. We choose not to because we make several different flavors.
  1. Drying fir Crispiness:  To achieve that perfect crispy skin, pat the wings dry with a paper towel before cooking and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking Methods:

There are several delicious ways to cook chicken wings, each with its own unique benefits.

  •  Baking: Baking wings in the oven is a healthier option that still yields crispy results, preheat the oven to 400 Degrease and bake for about 40-45 Minutes. Make sure to flip the wings ½ way through.
  • Frying: for the ultimate crispy wings deep frying is the way to go. Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350 degrease and fry the wings in small batches for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Grilling: Grilling adds a delicious smokey flavor to your wings. Preheat your grill to Medium high heat and cook the wings for about 20-25 Minutes turning occasionally until they’re fully cooked and have grill marks.

Flavorful sauce recipies:
