One pan Pasta

In today’s busy world finding time to prepare healthy and delicious meals can be challenging. Enter one pan pasta! this delightful dish combines the vibrant flavors of baby spinach juicy cherry tomatoes and aromatic garlic all cooked together in a single pan for a hassle-free dinner. not only is this recipe easy to make but it’s also packed with nutrients and perfect for busy weeknights.   

Ingredients:   

16 oz Spaghetti noodles  

24 oz cherry tomatoes cut into ¼  

4 garlic cloves sliced very thinly 

8 oz baby spinach 

Pinch of fresh chopped parsley  

4 tablespoons Olive oil  

Salt and pepper to taste  

Crushed red pepper to taste  

6 cups water  

2 cups chicken broth  

2 cups Parmesan cheese 

Instructions:  

In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine all the ingredients (other than the Parmesan cheese). And add 6 cups of water and 2 cups of chicken broth  

Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered until the pasta is cooked through, and the liquid has reduced about 8-10 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese  

Serve immediately, garnish with more cheese and a drizzle of more olive oil.
