Quick and Easy Cheese Ravioli

  • 3 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes 
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes 
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 
  • 22 oz bag frozen cheese ravioli 

Boil water in a large pot for the ravioli, cook until done, and then spray with olive oil to prevent sticking. Add salt and pepper if desired. 

In another pot, combine diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Simmer until bubbly. 

Mix ravioli with sauce and serve topped with mozzarella cheese
