Ingredients:
- 2 lb ground turkey
- ¾ cup garlic and herb Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup ketchup (inside meatloaf)
- ¼ cup ketchup (Top of meatloaf)
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 Beef bouillon cubes chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup Gouda cheese shredded
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, ½ cup ketchup, onion, egg, Worcestershire, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and Gouda cheese. Mix the ingredients well using a wooden spoon or your hands.
- Spray loaf pan with olive oil to prevent sticking. Add Meatloaf to greased pan and bake 40 to 50 Minutes. Brush with remaining ¼ cup ketchup and bake again about 10 Minutes until the meatloaf reaches 160 degrees. Let stand 10 Minutes.
